The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms in Hazratganj, although there was a slight smell of mold. The service, especially by Prashant, Sanjay, Munna, and Ankur, was exceptionally helpful. The location is superb, within a 10-minute walk to Hazratganj. The dining experience was delightful, particularly at the Coffee House. The facilities are well-maintained and convenient for guests.
The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms with some damp smell but overall hygienic. The service is very courteous, especially notable individuals like Meena, Ankur, Mr Dharm Rajnish, and Lalit. The location is convenient, close to the Hazratganj metro station and key tourist areas. The dining experience provides a variety of traditional Indian meals and American-inspired dishes. The facilities are well-maintained and offer good value for the price paid.
I had a great stay at the hotel with good and comfortable rooms but no balcony. The staff went out of their way to ensure top-notch service. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Lucknow. The dining experience was limited due to time constraints. Overall, a pleasant stay for the value.
